ABOUT US

Nationals is a dynamic soccer club, rooted in the Michigan soccer community, with a vision to be the best at developing youth soccer players who strive to perform at their personal best —  in soccer and in life —  through experiences that integrate each player with their family, team, club, and community.

Nationals’ mission is to develop youth soccer players that are highly valued for club, high school, collegiate, professional, and national team programs.

Nationals has a significant and credible presence in the soccer community, with a clear pathway for our players to develop their soccer skills, love the game and grow – grassroots to professional, and anywhere in between.  Whether players are just starting out or seeking a way to develop themselves at a higher level, Nationals offers opportunities for soccer players of all skill levels and competitive interest.  

Nationals is the largest travel soccer club in Michigan with over 3,200 players on over 280 premier/select teams.  In addition, there are over 1,500 youth ages 4-10 participating in our recreational programs in Junior Nationals and United Soccer League. 

Our operations span Southeast Michigan and Mid-Michigan in 15 locations, attracting players from at least 9 counties (Bay, Clinton, Genesee, Ingham, Macomb, Midland, Oakland, Saginaw, St Clair, Wayne). 

We are proud of our leadership team and highly licensed coaching staff, including USSF A, USSF B, USSF C, USSF D, USSF E, UEFA A and UEFA B licensed coaches.

Our Girls program is currently ranked #3 (SoccerWire 2022), and our Boys program is ranked #22 (ECNL 2022).  We are excited that we currently hold 8 National Championships, along with numerous championships at the state and regional levels.  And, we have placed many players in the state’s Olympic Development Program, regional teams, national pools and training centers in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
