Scramblin’ for Scholarships! Friday, July 21, 2023

Hi Nationals Soccer Family!

Soccer (and sports in general) is key to the overall health and well-being of youth and their families.  Aside from learning and participating in the sport itself, youth learn critical thinking skills and the importance of teamwork while having fun with teammates who quite often become life-long friends.

Therefore, it is vitally important that no child is left behind due to financial hardships that their family is facing at the time.  That is where you can help!

Hosted by our non-profit partner, Kids in Communities Kount (KICK), we are excited to share that our Nationals Charity Golf Outing, “Scramblin’ for Scholarships” will be held on Friday, July 21, 2023 at Fieldstone Golf Club (1984 Taylor Road, Auburn Hills, MI 48326).  (See the link below for details.)

Please help our Nationals soccer family members that are facing financial hardships by participating in this fun golf event!  There are many ways to contribute to this important cause!

  1. Golf with your favorite four-some!
  2. Sponsor the event!
  3. Spread the word to your family, friends, and business acquaintances!
  4. Volunteer to help recruit potential sponsors and to help us on the event day (set-up, check-in, tear-down)!  Let Priscilla Perillo know if you are available to help make this event a success.  (Her contact info is below.)

Soccer is more than a sport.  It goes beyond the soccer fields as a community, a family, by creating important life skills and connections.  Thank you, in advance, for your generosity in helping families facing financial hardships to be a part of our Nationals family and to experience the difference it will make in their lives!

If you have any questions about this exciting event or would like to help us as a volunteer, please contact Priscilla Perillo, 586-918-0338, Priscilla@KidsInCommunitiesKount.org
