Nationals Soccer Launches Nationals Rochester 
New Youth Soccer Program, Birth Years 2019-2016

ROCHESTER, MI — April 28, 2025 — Nationals Soccer Club is excited to announce the launch of Nationals Rochester, a new community-based program focused on early youth soccer development for the 2025/26 season. Designed for players born between 2019 and 2016, Nationals Rochester will offer accessible, high-quality programming for every level of play, with a focus on small-sided game formats including 4v4 and 7v7.

Focused on early player development, Nationals Rochester will provide a positive, skill-based soccer experience with professional coaching and opportunities for every player to grow and enjoy the game. Training will be held at the new KICK Rochester Sports Center, located in the heart of downtown Rochester at 480 E 2nd Street. 

“As a Rochester resident, I’m especially proud to help bring the Nationals experience to this community—offering a place where kids of all levels can learn, play, and grow in the game of soccer,” said Jeff Hodgson, partner in the Nationals leadership group. “This program is about more than just the game—it’s about creating a welcoming environment where players build skills, confidence, and a love for the sport, all while training with experienced coaches close to home.”
Nationals Rochester will provide a structured pathway for young players at the grassroots level, emphasizing player development through age-appropriate training, small-sided competition, and a fun, engaging learning environment.

Tryouts for Nationals Rochester are scheduled for June 7-8, 2025. More details will be shared soon.
