Nationals Soccer Names Tati Errecalde as Director of Coaching for Nationals Rochester

Bringing Leadership and Experience to the New Rochester Youth Soccer Program

ROCHESTER, MI — April 30, 2025 — Nationals Soccer Club is proud to announce that Tati Errecalde has been named the Director of Coaching for the newly launched Nationals Rochester program, which kicks off with tryouts for the 2025/26 season. Focused on early player development and small-sided play for birth years 2019–2016, Nationals Rochester will offer high-quality, community-based programming in the heart of downtown Rochester at the new KICK Rochester Sports Center.

A well-respected leader in the local soccer community, Tati brings 25 years of coaching experience, 11 years of professional playing experience—including as a player for the Argentina National Indoor Team—a passion for player development, and a commitment to creating positive learning environments for young athletes. A Rochester Hills resident, Tati is deeply connected to the local community and excited to help bring this new opportunity to families in the area.

“I’m truly excited to be part of launching Nationals Rochester and leading this new chapter of the Nationals family,” said Tati Errecalde, Director of Coaching for Nationals Rochester. “This is a fantastic opportunity to build something special right here in our backyard—helping young players fall in love with the game while providing the right environment for them to grow, learn, and succeed on and off the field. I’m especially proud that this program will be based in downtown Rochester, a community I love and call home.”

Nationals Rochester will emphasize a development-first approach for young players, with professional coaching, skill-based training, and small-sided formats (4v4 and 7v7) that promote learning and fun at every level.

His leadership will ensure Nationals Rochester is a place where kids can thrive, feel supported, and truly enjoy their soccer experience. On a personal note, I’m especially excited to be working alongside my lifelong friend and former teammate on this exciting new endeavor.”

Tryouts for Nationals Rochester are scheduled for June 7–8, 2025 at the new KICK Rochester Sports Center (480 E 2nd Street, Rochester), with programming beginning for the 2025/26 seasonal year. Additional details about the program and tryouts will be shared in the coming weeks.
