We are thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotion of Zane Polack to the position of Director of Coaching for our Boys Academy.  Zane's journey with Nationals has been marked by consistent dedication and a strong passion for the game, which have contributed greatly to achieving this distinction. This step forward is a significant milestone for Zane and a proud moment for our organization.

Zane, a native of Bowling Green, OH, rejoined our Nationals family in 2022, bringing a wealth of coaching experience and an impressive track record.  He has had a profound influence on the development of youth and adult soccer players throughout his coaching journey, which began in 2010.

Gronthik Chatterjee, co-owner of Nationals Soccer and Boys Academy Director since its inception, expressed his confidence in Zane’s promotion: "Promoting Zane was an easy decision; his dedication and talent are exactly what we need in this role which will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the Boys Academy program.”

In his role as the Director of Coaching for our Boys Academy, Zane will continue to lead with his trademark coaching style, emphasizing individual development, player empowerment, and technical-based training.  Excited about this new chapter, Zane shared “I am truly honored and excited to take on the role of Director of Coaching for the Boys Academy. Together with the coaching staff, we will continue to create a positive and inspiring environment for our young athletes to thrive both on and off the field.”
