Coming December 2025: The Capital Sportsplex is Officially on the Way to Lansing

We’re excited to share major news with the Greater Lansing community—the Capital Sportsplex is officially moving forward and scheduled to open in December 2025!

This brand-new, state-of-the-art indoor facility will be a cornerstone for youth sports in our region. Designed to serve athletes of all ages and abilities, the Capital Sportsplex will offer a year-round home for training, games, and events in a premier environment.

What to Expect at the Capital Sportsplex:

  • High-performance turf fields
  • Multi-use sport courts
  • Flexible meeting and activity space
  • A central hub for sports events and community gatherings

The Capital Sportsplex will play a key role in elevating youth sports in our area—especially soccer. It will allow athletes in the Lansing area to stay local while accessing top-tier facilities and training opportunities.

When Nationals first launched its Lansing branch, the goal was clear: create pathways for local players to grow and compete without having to leave their home community. The Capital Sportsplex brings that vision to life in a big way.

We’re excited to share more as progress continues. Early renderings of the facility are available below—take a look at what’s coming soon!

This is only the beginning.

Stay connected with us for more updates as we build something special—right here in Lansing.
